1 General Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jajee platform and all its services, games, and features. By creating an account on jajee or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. jajee operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and keeps your information secure through SSL encryption.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use jajee's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You are creating an account using your own identity and information.
• None of your previous jajee accounts have been closed or suspended.
• You are not managing the account on behalf of someone else or for the benefit of a third party.

jajee reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation Rules

Each person may open only one jajee account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 Password & Security

The security of your account is your responsibility. jajee will never ask for your password by phone or email. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any account details change (such as your phone number or payment method), please inform jajee support via live chat or email.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount on jajee is ৳300. Currently accepted payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
• Upay — UCB's digital payment platform

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be processed through the same method used for the most recent deposit.

4.3 Funds Verification

jajee reserves the right to verify the source of deposits when necessary to prevent money laundering. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held.

5 Bonus & Promotion Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are valid for use on the jajee platform only.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Misuse or attempts to exploit bonuses may result in account termination.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• jajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

jajee believes that gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly. Please keep the following in mind:

• Delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from a user sharing their login details with another person.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen events.

jajee always strives to provide the best service, but the platform operates on an "as is" basis. Under no circumstances will jajee's liability exceed the actual amount deposited.

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure.

12.2 At jajee's Discretion

jajee may close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Prolonged inactivity.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, unless forfeiture is required due to fraud.

13 Changes to Terms

jajee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible. However, it is the user's own responsibility to read the Terms regularly.

Continued use of jajee after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please request to close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise between the parties, a resolution will first be attempted through discussion. Contact the jajee customer service team — we always work toward the best possible outcome.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
